Privacy policy

1. Summary

We collect what we need to run accounts, bill them and keep the editor licensed. We do not sell personal data, and we do not keep copies of the emails your users design.

2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, password (stored as a hash) and optional two-factor settings.

Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we store the customer reference, plan and invoice records.

Editor usage: a one-way hash of the user ids you pass to the SDK, the website origin that embedded the editor, the browser user agent and counts of sessions and AI generations. We use them to meter plans and detect misuse.

Uploaded images: only if you use the hosted image library.

3. AI template builder

When a user generates a template, the short brief they chose (email type, brand, topic, tone, audience, layout, call to action and language) is sent to our AI provider to produce the template. Do not put personal data in the brief.

4. Processors

We rely on providers for hosting, file storage, payments, email delivery and AI generation. They process data on our instructions under data processing terms.

5. Cookies

The website and dashboard use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your appearance setting. The editor frame sets no cookies.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Deleted accounts are anonymised after thirty days. Editor usage records are kept for as long as needed for billing and security, and editor sessions expire within hours.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export and delete your data from your settings, or ask us to do it. You may also object to processing or complain to your data protection authority.
