What happens at the limit?
People who already used the editor this month keep working. New users are let in up to 10% over your allowance, then see a polite message asking them to contact you. You get an email at 80% and at 100%, and you can upgrade at any moment.
Enterprise
Custom user and domain allowances, invoicing, a data processing agreement and a direct line to the people who build the editor.
Pricing questions
What counts as an active user?
A distinct user id that opens the editor during a calendar month. Someone who edits every day counts once. Development domains such as localhost and *.test are never counted.
What is a production domain?
A host name where your app runs the editor, such as app.example.com. Wildcards such as *.example.com count as one domain and are included from the Growth plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; we prorate the difference.
Do you charge for overages automatically?
No surprise invoices. If you outgrow your plan you upgrade, or talk to us about a custom allowance.
Is there a free plan?
There is a free trial instead, with the full editor on one domain. After it ends you choose a plan to keep the editor running.
