Contrat de licence

1. Grant

While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to embed the Mailblocks editor through the Mailblocks SDK on the production domains authorised on your licence, and on local development hosts, for use by your own end users.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, download, extract, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the editor code, or host it anywhere other than the frame served by Mailblocks.

You may not embed the editor on domains that are not authorised on your licence, share your keys with third parties, rotate domains to serve sites beyond your allowance, or circumvent or interfere with licence checks, metering or watermarks.

You may not resell or sublicense the editor as a standalone product.

3. Keys and domains

Your public key may be used in browser code. Your secret key must be kept on your servers. You are responsible for activity under your keys until you rotate them.

A removed domain keeps its slot for a short period, as shown in your dashboard, to prevent slots being rotated between sites.

4. Monitoring

The editor reports the embedding origin and usage to Mailblocks so we can enforce the licence. Copies of the editor carry a licence watermark. We may suspend a licence that is used in breach of these terms.

5. Ownership

Mailblocks keeps all rights in the editor, the SDK and the Service. You keep all rights in your content and your users’ designs.

6. End of the licence

The licence ends when your subscription ends or is terminated. The editor then stops loading on your domains; designs you have saved remain yours.
